paid $50 for that still had e-mail problems and still have e-mail problems, plus the problems i've mentioned above. the internet provider suggested i have my computer cleaned. once they fixed that my e-mail stopped working i kept getting timed out. all my problems started when my wireless internet provider went down and they had come and reset my box so i could get back on the internet. i've tried reinstalling it but it says that i can't because it's already running. i have norton problems to the point that i can't uninstall it because it's not in the add/remove programs or on the start menu, but it keeps popping up when i start my computer saying it needs fixed. Other problems that i have is the printer won't work, i've unstalled and reinstalled it. i just want my computer back to the way it was when i took it out of the box. So now not only does the crtl F11 not work, but the F2 won't work anymore either. Then the only options i have are cancel or details. Warning: if you decide to delete the newer version of windows that is currently installed on your computer, the files and settings can not be recovered.
